Co-initiator of the “Minnesota 2050: Pathways to a Sustainable Future” Project, which in partnership with more than 100 citizens from around the state, and both the U. of Minnesota Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships Program, and Institute on the Environment’s LCCMR Statewide Conservation and Preservation Plan Team, is working towards a public policy and education-relevant vision of an environmentally and economically sustainable regional future. This project will develop multiple scenarios of Minnesota's future by exploring the many and complex interactions between humans and the natural environment, and projecting the trends and impacts of these interactions into the future.
