Dan BahauddinInformation Manager Education: B.S. 1995 University of Minnesota Aerospace Engineering In 1997 I began work on Peter Reich’s BioCON experiment. Along with Keith Wrage, and with the assistance of Brookhaven National Laboratories, I headed up the construction of BioCON’s free air carbon dioxide enrichment (FACE) system, as well as establishing BioCON’s plant community plots. Since that time I have been the site engineer, maintaining, monitoring, and modifying the FACE system as needed. Up through the end of 2006 I served as BioCON’s data manager, maintaining BioCON’s database and data archives. My work at BioCON has also included leading educational tours for various groups, including an ongoing outreach program with Cambridge Community College. My time at Cedar Creek has also involved aiding in numerous other projects. These include Cedar Creek’s annual controlled burns and data collection across various experiments. I am currently employed at 25% time with the Reich lab group. I also have a 75% appointment with Dave Tilman as a part of Cedar Creek’s information management team. Hometown: St. Cloud, MN |
